Rachel Stephenson, MHS, serves as the Quality Program Manager at Saltzer Medical Group since August 2017 and holds the position of Executive Officer with the Idaho Army National Guard from November 2011. In the military role, Rachel functions as a Platoon Leader for a Role II Medical Company, overseeing medical evacuations and training efforts for units. Previously, Rachel worked at CompuNet, Inc. as a Health Informatics Analyst, focusing on quality improvement for medical practices, and at Primary Health Medical Group as a Population Health Specialist, managing quality incentive programs. Rachel obtained a Master’s Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Services from Boise State University.
