Andrew Scheifele has worked in various roles in the medical and technology industries since 2001. Andrew began their career at Saatchi & Saatchi as a Senior Manager in 2001. Andrew then moved to Amgen as an Executive Director, Regional Medical Liaisons (MSLs) in the same year. In 2011, they took on the role of Head of Medical, Asia Pacific Region at Biogen Idec, where they were responsible for all Asia Pacific Medical Affairs activities across therapeutic areas. Andrew also served as the Senior Director Medical Affairs/ Head, Medical Science Liaisons, leading all field medical teams across products and indications. In 2015, they worked at Neurocrine Biosciences as the Sr. Director Medical Affairs/ Head, Medical Science Liaisons. In 2017, they co-founded and became CEO of SaltyCloud, a B2B Enterprise SaaS company that quantifies IT Risk/Compliance. In 2020, they became a Board Advisor and Portfolio Company - Allied Space Cohort at Techstars.
Andrew Scheifele obtained their BA in Theology from Ambassador University in 1993. Andrew then went on to obtain an MS in Psychology from Texas A&M University-Commerce in 1995. Andrew continued their education at The University of Texas at Dallas, where they obtained an MS in Neuroscience and Cognition in 2000, followed by a PhD in Neuroscience in the same year. In 2020, they obtained the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification - Registered Practitioner from the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Accreditation Body (CMMC AB).
