Prior experience includes working at Bayer Chemicals AG from March 2001 to July 2005 as Business Manager for Marketing & Sales, where responsibilities included managing key accounts for US-based crop science companies. Dirk's career began at Bayer Italia S.p.A from September 1996 to February 2001 as Regional Business Manager, overseeing marketing and sales for chemical intermediates and ion exchange resins in Italy.
