Oliver Hayes is a seasoned recruitment professional currently serving as the Regional Recruitment Manager at Salter Grange since February 2024, specializing in the Construction, Property, and Engineering sectors. Prior to this, Oliver held the positions of Lead Technical Recruitment Consultant and Senior Technical Recruitment Consultant at Matrix Recruitment Group from January 2023 to February 2024 and April 2021 to November 2022, respectively. Experience also includes a role as Recruitment Consultant at Falcon Green from November 2016 to April 2021, where Oliver focused on recruiting technical and professional personnel, and as a Resourcer at 1PGR from November 2014 to September 2016, where responsibilities involved candidate screening and job advertising. Oliver holds a CIPD Diploma in Human Resources Management from the National College of Ireland and a Single Hons Politics degree from the University of Portsmouth.
