Colleen joined Saltchuk in 2014 from subsidiary Foss Maritime where she served as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Colleenā€™s professional background includes 20+ years of HR leadership in a variety of industries including retail, hospitality, manufacturing, architecture, and healthcare. Colleen joined the Saltchuk family of companies after spending four years with Swedish Health Services, where she provided strategic HR leadership for one of the largest physician groups in the U.S. Prior to joining Swedish, Colleen was the Director of Human Resources for a large architectural firm, with offices throughout the United States and China. She has had the distinction of earning ā€œBest Company to Work Forā€ designations in many of her prior roles.

Colleen received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Western Washington University, and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
