Shayne L. is a skilled civil engineer with a strong background in road infrastructure and construction management. Currently serving as a Civil Engineer (Roads) for the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community since February 2023, Shayne previously held several key positions at the City of Scottsdale, including Street Operations Manager for paving, where responsibilities encompassed crew management, budgeting, and contract administration for pavement maintenance. Additional experience includes serving as a Construction Administration Supervisor and a Public Works Infrastructure Inspector II, overseeing contracts and inspecting a wide range of capital projects. Prior professional experience includes working as a Construction Engineer at Parsons Brinckerhoff, where Shayne monitored construction projects for compliance with specifications. Education was completed at Arizona State University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 2009.
