Delbert Tso is an experienced healthcare recruiter serving the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community since December 2020, focusing on building relationships, developing hiring strategies, and facilitating the recruitment process within the Health & Human Services department. Prior to this role, Delbert worked at Freeport-McMoRan for nearly a decade, first as a Senior Staffing Analyst and later as an HR Specialist in the Employee Relations/Legal division, where responsibilities included managing recruitment and conducting background checks. Delbert's extensive background also includes serving as Employment Manager for the Arizona Department of Corrections and holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Strategic Human Resource Management from Grand Canyon University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Production Operations Management from DeVry University.
