Jason Huey began their career in 2000 as a Key Holder, Floor Supervisor, Merchandiser, and Sales at Rip Curl, where they increased sales in accessories by nearly 200% and created a sales culture that improved revenues over tenfold. Jason was promoted to Supervisor in record time. In 2007, they moved to Nordstrom as a Sales Associate, where they were ranked as the top salesperson in the women's shoe department over the holiday sales period, and had the lowest customer return rates in the department. Jason also finished in the top 5 in total store sales dollars generated during the holiday period. In 2008, they joined Balboa Capital as an Account Executive in the Commercial Division, where they were promoted at an accelerated rate due to exceeding monthly sales quotas. Jason also reviewed financials and calculated ratios to determine the strength of a company's credit. In 2009, Jason became the Finance and Operations Manager at SALT. Optics, where they were in charge of all Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, and Bank Reconciliations including foreign accounts. Jason also collected over 100% of the total gross 2015 sales number in receivables and was part of the inventory team in charge of Supply Chain Management.
Jason Huey attended UC Santa Barbara from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelors in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting.
