Amy DeFlavio has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the retail industry. Amy currently serves as the Vice President of Retail at Salt Life since April 2022. Previously, they worked as the Director of Retail Operations at Salt Life from July 2016 to April 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Key Accounts at Big Daddy's Antiques, Georgia Brown Home & BD Custom from December 2015 to July 2016. Amy also served as the General Manager at Junk Food Clothing from December 2013 to November 2015. Before that, they worked as the Visual Merchandising Manager - Midwest at JCPenney from November 2011 to October 2013. Amy is also the Founder and President of Red Envy Boutique, a role they held from June 2005 to December 2009. Additionally, they have experience as a Store Manager at Windsor Fashions from May 2002 to May 2005 and as an Assistant Store Manager at Wet Seal, LLC from May 2000 to April 2002.

Amy DeFlavio earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Apparel Merchandising and Product Development from Bowling Green State University. Amy attended the university from 1998 to 2002.
