Tracy Field is an experienced project and program manager with a diverse background in consulting and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Project Manager at Salt City Tech since May 2023, Tracy focuses on the development and delivery of both technical and non-technical projects while conducting HIPAA compliance reviews and security risk assessments. As Principal Consultant at Field Consulting since April 2001, Tracy has successfully provided consulting services to over 100 client companies. Previous roles include Program & Product Manager at Avenue Consultants, VP at Instructure, Director positions at AMS Direct & PEI and manroland, and managerial roles at CCC Information Services and Cambridge Technology Partners. Education includes a PMP® certification from the Institute of Project Management and a degree in Public Relations from Illinois State University.
