Ismael Soruco Illanes is a skilled professional with extensive experience in project management and sports coaching. Currently serving as a Project Manager at SALT AND PEPPER Management Consulting since February 2018, Ismael has a proven track record in enhancing efficiency processes across various sectors, including a prior role as a Project Engineer at Hainke Filteranlagen GmbH. As a founder of Be Balanced Chile, Ismael developed personal entrepreneurship focused on rehabilitation and training. Additional contributions include coaching the women's first team at Club Dunalastair and serving as a player for Club Zur Vahr E.V. in Bremen.
