Ricardo Castelão is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in the technology and banking sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Salsify since May 2019, Ricardo plays a pivotal role in shaping the Lisbon hub's engineering team, focusing on company-wide program delivery and fostering a growth-centric work environment. Prior experience includes positions as Project Manager at Banco de Portugal, where contributions supported the national credit scoring system, and as Senior Team Leader at everis, overseeing multiple banking projects. Additional experience as a Consultant at Deloitte involved collaborations with financial institutions in Europe and the USA. Ricardo holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Instituto Superior Técnico and is a licensed private pilot.
