Nick Austen is an experienced engagement manager and consultant with a strong background in information technology and project management. Currently serving as Engagement Manager and GovCMS Service Desk Manager at Salsa Digital since November 2020, Nick has previously held positions such as Information Technology Manager at Holland Thomas and Consultant at Greenpoint Tech, focusing on small to medium enterprises to enhance operational efficiencies. Nick's expertise includes process automation, production forecasting, and data presentation. With additional project management roles at Cisco and Euronet Worldwide, and consultancy experience with Accenture and Singapore Power, Nick has developed comprehensive skills in business development, project execution, and requirements analysis.
