Luca Guidi has extensive experience in the olive oil and vegetable oil refining industry, having worked at SALOV Spa since June 1999, where responsibilities include overseeing the olive oil and vegetable oil refining process as the Production Manager, managing the technical materials and services procurement office, and previously assisting the Refinery Manager. Prior to this, Luca Guidi served as the owner of M. & P. Snc di Guidi Luca from March 1992 to June 2006, providing telematic intermediary services for tax declarations and managing accounting and real estate administration. Educational qualifications include a degree in Economics and Commerce from the Università di Pisa, earned between 1985 and 1988.
