Yannick Mertel has worked in various positions within the food industry, starting as an apprentice chef at Gutsschänke Neuhof and later transitioning into product management at SALOMON FoodWorld GmbH. Yannick also gained experience in marketing at Hügli Nahrungsmittel GmbH and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Ökotrophologie from Hochschule Fulda.
