Shikha Bhardwaj, PHR, CPSP, has a robust background in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Lead at SALMON Health and Retirement since May 2017. Prior to this role, Shikha worked as a Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist at Macy's from November 2016 to May 2017, and held the position of Human Resources Manager at GENPACT from January 2004 to April 2014.
