Debra DeZutter worked as the Director of Resident Care at Whitney Place Assisted Living-Northborough for SALMON Health and Retirement starting in 2004. Prior to that, they were a Staff Registered Nurse at New Horizons at Marlborough from 1994 to 2003.

Debra DeZutter completed their education at Framingham Union School of Nursing, where they obtained a degree in Registered Nursing. Debra graduated from this institution in 1994.
