Stine Mari Kjoshaug is an experienced HR advisor currently working at SalMar since March 2020. Prior to this role, Stine served as a Key Account Manager at Stamina Helse from August 2017 to March 2020, and as an HSE Manager in Projects at Siemens from August 2013 to July 2017. Stine gained initial experience through summer internships at NTNU in 2012, focusing on methods to assess chemical exposure on skin, and at Pronova BioPharma in 2010, where the revision of the company’s environmental risk plan and compliance with ISO 14001 standards were key responsibilities. Stine holds a Master’s degree in Health, Environment and Safety from NTNU (2011-2013), an academic year in Safety Management from NTNU (2010-2011), and a Bachelor’s degree in Societal Safety and Environment from UiT - The Arctic University of Norway (2007-2010).
