Kim Lewis, LSSS, has extensive experience in procurement and event management, currently serving as a Senior Procurement Manager at Sallie Mae since January 2019. Responsibilities include overseeing IT and Security contract renewals and projects, as well as leading the Procurement team in policy development and project prioritization. Prior to Sallie Mae, Kim held various roles at State Farm ® from January 2000 to June 2018, including Analyst and Event Planner. Key achievements include implementing Strategic Sourcing Initiatives that significantly reduced spend and improved vendor response times, critically evaluating legal contracts, and enhancing contract compliance.
