Katie Petersen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, marketing, and customer service. Currently serving as the Retail Deposits Manager at Sallie Mae since November 2021, Katie previously co-owned The Salt Mine, LLC, a pole fitness gym launched in 2014, where responsibilities included social media marketing and instruction. Katie held a Customer Service Manager position at Wayfair from September 2020 to April 2022, overseeing a team focused on post-order customer support. A former Marketing Assistant at Granite Credit Union, Katie advanced through various roles, enhancing customer service and marketing strategies. Additionally, Katie operated a successful hair styling business as a licensed cosmetologist/barber from 2010 to 2015.
