Jayme Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital product development and program management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Digital Product Development at Sallie Mae since November 2023, Jayme previously held a Senior Program Manager position at Chewy, where a customer segmentation program focused on A/B testing and customer lifecycle retention initiatives was led. Jayme's prior experience at Chewy includes an MBA internship that enhanced reporting processes through automation and standardization. At InterContinental Hotels Group, roles as Revenue Performance Manager and Senior Analytics Consultant involved project management and the creation of internal dashboards. Early career experience as a Marketing Analyst at Arby's included overseeing product A/B tests that resulted in successful market launches.
