Grandon Westlund is an experienced professional with a diverse background in both the music retail and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Stringed Instrument Luthier at Sam Ash Music Stores since April 2019, Westlund combines a lifelong passion for music with technical expertise to assist customers in selecting instruments and accessories. Prior to this role, Westlund held positions at Salin Bank & Trust Company as a Sales and Service Representative II, and briefly at Sam Ash as a Guitar Sales representative. Westlund's previous experience includes managing customer support teams at Dominion Dealer Solutions, overseeing eCommerce projects at Kirby Risk, and leading integration management for major accounts at Compaq Computer Corporation. Education includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Computer Technology from Erie Community College and ongoing pursuit of a Project Management Certificate from IUPUI.
