Justin Raiford

Justin Raiford has over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry. From 2019 to present, they have held the roles of Director of Customer Success, Director of Business Operations, and Hospitality Experience Manager at SALIDO. From 2015 to 2019, they were the General Manager at Sage Hill Inn & Spa, where they managed all hotel, spa and restaurant operations with a focus on attention to detail, organization, cleanliness and efficiency. From 2011 to 2015, they were the Director of Operations at Morsel Inc. DBA (Bess Bistro & Walton's Fancy and Staple, Fortis), where they oversaw daily operations of a fine dining dinner concept, gourmet cafe, catering company, floral/gift shop, and directed financial, human resources, marketing and inventory control functions. From 2005 to 2011, they were the Chef Partner at 34th Street Cafe and Catering, where they led business operations of an established cafe and catering company, employing over 30 employees and generating $4.5M+ in sales annually.

Justin Raiford obtained an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management from the Texas Culinary Academy in 2003. Justin has also obtained a Certified Payments Professional (CPP) certification from the Electronic Transactions Association in September 2021 and a Serve-Safe certification from Serve-Safe Food Hygiene Training Services Pty Ltd.
