Ivette Villanueva is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Desarrollo Organizacional and Analista de Reclutamiento y Selección at HV CONTRATISTAS since February 2016. Prior experience includes roles as Gestora del Talento Humano at Universidad ESAN, Consultora en Recursos Humanos at SOOM, and Psicóloga in evaluation and selection consulting at INNOVAPUCP. Additionally, Ivette held the position of Jefe de Práctica for the Organizational Behavior course at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru and worked as an Auxiliar de Selección de Personal at Indurama. Ivette holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad Femenina del Sagrado Corazón.
