Tom Larson

Director of Business Development at SalesPage Technologies

Tom Larson has over 20 years of professional experience in the financial services and biometrics industries. Tom began their career in 1998 as the CEO & General Manager for the Americas at Baltimore Technologies, where they developed marketing programs and presented them to investment bankers for London Stock Exchange flotation in July 1998. In 2000, Tom became the Executive Vice President & Board Member of Conclusive Logic Inc, a privately held London based software company specializing in encryption technologies. Tom was tasked with raising funds from angel investors. In 2002, Tom joined IDEMIA (formerly SAGEM Morpho) as the Vice President of Strategic Development for North America, where they led US sales and marketing and closed business with Johnson Controls for biometric security at SeaTac Airport. In 2004, Tom became President of LumenIQ, Inc., a privately held biometric software company. Tom developed the business plans for raising Series B funds from angel investors and closed government sales with the Department of Homeland Security. In 2014, Tom joined Custom Institutional Fund Solutions, LLC as the Senior Vice President, Wholesale Mutual Fund Business Development & Consulting. Tom was focused on helping investment management firms grow quickly and efficiently in the U.S. mutual fund marketplace. In 2016, Tom became the Director of Client Relations and Business Development at Penn Capital Management Company, Inc., an independent, 100% employee-owned, SEC registered investment management firm that manages multiple investment styles in the micro- to mid-capitalization range. Tom was responsible for distribution to RIAs, wirehouses, consultants and institutions in the western US. In 2019, Tom joined SalesPage Technologies as the Director of Business Development. SalesPage merged with the SalesStation division of Celera Systems in January 2020. Tom helped asset managers use data to connect investment products to clients who will benefit from them most. Tom'ssolutions function within each of their clients' data architectures, providing data management, sales operations, and reporting while integrating with their CRM, BI platforms, and other systems.

Tom Larson's education history includes an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where they studied Marketing, Finance, and Computer Sciences, as well as a BA from the University of Notre Dame in English. Tom has also obtained several certifications, including a Wholesaler Program Certificate from Sequoia System International in November 2015, a Series 63 from NASAA in March 2015, a Series 7 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in March 2015, an Alternative Investments Certificate from the CAIA Association in 2015, a Master Scuba Diver Trainer from PADI in April 2011, and an Open Water Scuba Instructor from PADI in June 2010.
