Megan Tobeck has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Megan'smost recent position is as a Customer Support Agent at Salesloft, which they started in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Apple for several years in various roles. Megan began as a Retail Specialist in 2015 and eventually transitioned to the role of Technical Specialist, where they provided support to new and current Apple owners. Megan also served as a Genius Admin and Operations Specialist during their time at Apple. Before joining Apple, they worked as a Manager at Coldhams Coffee from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, during their university years, Megan worked as an International Summer Camp Manager at Kings Education, where they were responsible for overseeing the summer program and ensuring student and staff welfare.
