Roy Koren currently serves as the Director of Product Management at Salesforce, focusing on empowering business users with self-service, natural language data insights powered by Gen-AI agents. Prior to joining Salesforce in December 2024, Koren held several prominent roles at Explorium, including Director of Product Management, where responsibilities involved leading AI-powered applications for marketing and sales teams, as well as enabling data practitioners to discover and utilize impactful external data. Koren's tenure at Amdocs included roles such as Senior Product Manager for marketing and service automation, where Koren improved business KPIs through advanced analytics and machine learning, and Product Manager for Digital Commerce, successfully launching e-Commerce and e-Care products. With earlier experience at NCR Retail and Seker Consult, and foundational work as an infrastructure software developer in the IDF, Koren possesses a strong background in product management and development. Koren holds an MBA in Marketing from Bar-Ilan University and a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Ben-Gurion University.
