Deborah Lucas serves as Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Salesforce, where roles have included Vice President of Customer Success Strategy and Regional Lead for the Strategic Customer Segment since August 2012. Prior to this, Deborah held the position of Regional Vice President of Customer Success at Salesforce.com, overseeing the Telco and Media customer success portfolios. Experience also includes serving as Vice President of CET solution initiation and management at Comcast from January 2007 to April 2012 and as Director and Senior Principal Product Delivery at TEOCO Corporation from September 2001 to January 2007. Earlier in Deborah's career, a managerial role at Verizon focused on Requirements Architecture and Design from 1996 to 2000. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Virginia Tech and an MBA in MIS from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
