Johan Nihleen has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2012, they started working as a Sales and Design Consultant for Fairwood AB, their uncle's company that focuses on fair trade children's toys and furniture. During this time, they also designed toys and assisted with sales. From 2008 to 2013, Johan worked as an International Sales Representative for Vitec, where they were responsible for sales and marketing activities in the European, North American, and Dubai markets.

In 2013, Johan joined Greenbyte as an International Sales Manager, a position they held until 2015. At Greenbyte, they managed international sales efforts.
