Martice E. Nicks Jr. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Martice E. began their career in 1983 as a Nuclear Training Engineer at Public Service Electric & Gas Co., where they gained expertise in processes such as Job Task Analysis and program development. After this, they worked as a Nuclear Training Engineer at Richardson-Estes Ltd., focusing on developing the market for various trainers at nuclear power plants. In 1987, they founded Systematic Design Analysis Inc., providing services to commercial and DOD nuclear facilities.

In 1994, Nicks founded Melan International, Inc., where they were responsible for business and organizational development in marketing and distribution supply chains. Martice E. also provided sales and marketing coaching, leading to a significant increase in training program sales. In 1999, they founded Cognitive Analysis, Inc., working as the Chief Technology and Information Officer to create a National Health Information Infrastructure.

Nicks' career then shifted to sales and business consulting. From 2001 to 2002, they worked as a Sales Consultant at Richardson, focusing on new business development. Martice E. then joined Applied Concepts Institute in 2004 as a Partner, providing management and executive coaching and consulting services.

In 2010, Nicks became the Director of Strategic Planning at Dynamic Analytics & Test, Inc., offering engineering services to advance the interests of the US Department of Defense. In 2011, they moved to Dispersive Solutions Inc., starting as the VP Strategic Development and Growth in the startup company, specializing in networking solutions.

Finally, in 2013, Nicks took on the role of Managing Director, Mid-Atlantic at Sales Optimizer, LLC, where they currently work. Overall, Nicks' work experience encompasses a wide range of roles and industries, showcasing their ability to adapt and excel in different fields.

Martice E. Nicks Jr. attended the Florida Institute of Technology from 1975 to 1980, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Oceanographic Technologies and an Associate of Science degree in Environmental Technologies.
