Dan Herd currently serves as the VP of Global Customer Success at Outreach and holds the position of Customer Success Coach at Sales Impact Academy. With a strong background in customer success and account management, Dan has also been a key member of Pavilion since June 2021. Prior roles include RVP positions at WorkBoard Inc. and Gartner, where Dan led significant initiatives that drove growth and customer retention across various markets. Dan's extensive experience spans public policy analysis at FactSet and investment consulting at Aon, complemented by academic achievements including a B.S. in Finance and Political Science from UNC Charlotte and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Mercer University.
