Viktor Mach possesses extensive experience in sales enablement and strategy, currently serving as an Ambassador and Chapter Lead for the Sales Enablement Collective. At Bloomreach, Viktor has held several key positions, including Head of GTM Enablement (Associate Director), Chief of Staff for GTM/Strategy and Operations, and Head of Academy. Previous roles include Consultant for Partner and Customer Enablement Strategy at Antavo Loyalty Cloud, and multiple leadership positions at Exponea, now part of Bloomreach. Early career experience includes assisting the General Manager at Millennium Hotels and Resorts and an internship in the Front Office. Viktor holds bachelor's degrees in Social and Political Sciences from UCL and International Law and Political Economy from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
