Marcin Gębala began their career in 2012 as an Intern at Codernity. In 2013, they were promoted to Python Developer at the same company. In 2014, they moved to Mirumee Software as a Python Developer and Development Lead, where they were responsible for building web apps with Python/Django, JS and GraphQL, as well as being a lead developer and open-source community maintainer. In 2020, they became a Principal Developer at Saleor Commerce.

Marcin Gębala began their educational journey in 2009 when they enrolled at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Marcin completed their degree in 2013. In 2012, they also attended the University of Wroclaw to study Filozofia. In 2013, they completed their Master of Science in Computer Science at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology.
