Richard Salem

Richard Salem has a diverse work experience. Richard served as the CEO of Thermal Matrix since 2008, where they focused on developing advanced object detection systems. Prior to that, they were the CEO of VASTEC, a national provider of scanning and data conversion services. In 2003, they started Salem Enterprise Solutions, which provided professional services to government agencies. Richard was also the Chairman and CEO of Enable America, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving employment opportunities for disabled veterans and people with disabilities. In addition, they served as the Chairman and CEO of Farm Pilot Project Coordination, INC, a non-profit organization implementing innovative treatment technologies for animal agriculture. Richard also founded Able Force, a disability employment provider, and worked as a Partner at Salem Law Group, PA for over 30 years, specializing in business transactions and government relations.

Richard Salem obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Belmont Abbey College, where they studied from 1965 to 1969. Following their undergraduate studies, they attended Duke University School of Law from 1969 to 1972 and earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
