Shawn Cochrane has extensive experience in customer service and educational roles, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at The North Face since September 2020 and as a Substitute Teacher for Salem School District since January 2020. Previously, Shawn held positions in the marketing and advertising sectors, including Senior Account Director at House Party, Inc., and Midwest Manager for Southern Living and Health at Time Inc. Additionally, Shawn has served as a Midwest Franchise Manager and held various managerial roles at Gruner & Jahr, The Parenting Group, and Wenner Media. Shawn's educational background includes a BS in Radio & Television/Speech Communications from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and is Iab Certified.
