Mark Luffman currently serves as the forwards coach for Sale Sharks Women, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Mark was self-employed from September 2014 to August 2023 and also worked as Performance Manager for DMP Durham Sharks from September 2021 to July 2023. Mark's coaching experience includes serving as the Red Roses Forwards Coach for the RFU from August 2020 to July 2021 and as a Forwards Coach at Darlington Mowden Park Rugby Football Club from June 2017 to August 2020. Additional roles include Consultant Coach with England Under 18's for the RFU from October 2014 to May 2020 and Head of Rugby at the University of Leeds from August 2015 to June 2019. Earlier in Mark's career, the England Rugby Academy Manager position was held at Yorkshire Carnegie Rugby Union Club from August 2010 to September 2016, and Head Coach at Otley Rugby Union Football Club from May 2008 to January 2016, along with serving as Academy Assistant Manager for Leeds Tykes from August 2004 to August 2010.
