Horia C. IANCU is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and management within the construction and industrial door sectors. Currently serving as a Process Engineer and Field Engineer at Salco Bedrijfsdeuren B.V. since February 2019, Horia previously held significant leadership roles, including Production Manager at Electric Plus, where Horia founded the Sectional Doors and Roller Shutters division, and General Manager at Tecton srl, Romax Doors, and Romax Usi Industriale srl, focusing on product strategy, design, production workflows, and employee training.
