Harry Kleiser is a seasoned professional in engineering and project management, currently serving as Senior Managing Principal at Salas O'Brien since June 2021. In this role, Harry leads a robust team across North America, focusing on innovative and collaborative solutions to meet clients' complex needs while fostering team growth in engineering and business sectors. Previously, Harry held key positions including Managing Principal of the Federal division at Salas O'Brien, President of SIA Solutions LLC and TerranearPMC, and Executive Vice President at ARCADIS. With extensive experience in environmental engineering and consulting for various government agencies, Harry's career also includes strategic roles at Malcolm Pirnie and the US Army Environmental Command. Harry holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware and a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Maryland.
