Brian Urlaub serves as Vice President at Salas O'Brien since January 2022, following a promotion in recognition of significant contributions to the company. Prior to this role, Brian held the position of Associate Vice President at MEP Associates, A Salas O'Brien Company, from February 2020 to February 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing geothermal systems design, project management, procurement, and business development. Brian's career also included a tenure as the Director of Geothermal Operations at MEP Associates, LLC, and various sales management positions at Enertech Global, LLC, including Commercial Sales Manager, Western Sales Manager, and Territory Sales Manager. Additionally, Brian was the General Manager at Upper Midwest Radiant, LLC, overseeing sales, design, and management of installation teams. Brian holds a 2 Year Associates degree in HVAC Design & Technology from Chippewa Valley Technical College.
