Danielle Dos Santos has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Danielle began their career as a Social Work Intern at the MA Department of Children and Families, where they gained hands-on experience in investigating child abuse and neglect. After that, they worked as an Associate Behavioral Therapist at Beacon ABA Services.
In 2012, Danielle joined NITCO - Northland Industrial Truck Co. as a Human Resources Manager. In this role, they collaborated with hiring managers, conducted interviews, and facilitated new employee orientation and benefit enrollments.
Following their time at NITCO, Danielle joined The Advocator Group as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where they focused on recruiting and talent acquisition strategies.
Most recently, Danielle has been with Salary.com, where they have held multiple roles. Danielle started as a Manager, People & Culture in 2019, before being promoted to Director of Employee Experience in 2020. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Employee Experience.
Throughout their career, Danielle has gained expertise in employee experience, talent acquisition, and human resources management.
Danielle Dos Santos earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, where they attended from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Social Work at Bridgewater State University, attending from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their degrees, Danielle obtained the certification of LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter from LinkedIn Certification in November 2015.
