Geraint Evans is an accomplished investment professional with extensive experience in direct real estate private equity. Currently, as Investment Director at Salamanca Group since 2015, Geraint has played a pivotal role in significant projects such as the Gravity innovation campus and the UK's first private investment fund dedicated to social housing. Geraint also serves as Investment Director at Gravity, focusing on transforming the former ROF Bridgwater site into a leading mixed-use campus. Previous positions include Investment Analyst roles at InfraRed Capital Partners Ltd and Triple Point Investment Management, specializing in infrastructure, real estate, renewable energy, and technology ventures. Geraint holds an MSc in Finance and Investment and an Mmath (Hons) in Mathematics, both from Durham University, alongside a strong educational foundation from Royal Grammar School High Wycombe.
