Francois Jansen Van Vuuren is an experienced airline pilot currently serving at SalamAir since November 2019. Previously, Francois held the position of Captain at Etihad Airways from May 2014 to December 2020, primarily operating the A320 aircraft. Prior to that, Francois was a pilot with Tiger Airways from 2008 to May 2014 and gained early experience as a pilot at South African Airlink from 2001 to 2007.
