Katie Caldwell is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Salal Credit Union since April 2019. Prior roles include positions at Philadelphia Media Network as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR Associate, and at the University of Washington as an HR & Leave Records Coordinator for the UW Libraries. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Assistant and Administrative Support Specialist at the University of Idaho. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching, with a focus on English, from the University of Idaho and is currently pursuing a Leadership Institute program from the GoWest Credit Union Association.
