Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Projects at The Saudi Investment Bank, where Zaher Minkara drove digital transformation in back-office departments, and various managerial roles at Dubai Islamic Bank, overseeing due diligence, integration planning, and automation initiatives. Zaher Minkara holds an MBA from the American University of Beirut and a Bachelor's degree in Administration with a focus on Computer/Information Technology from Lebanese University.
