Sara Al Gaeiti currently serves as the Executive Director of Human Capital Strategy at SAL Saudi Logistics Services since September 2023. Previously, Sara held the position of Head of Organizational Design at The Saudi National Bank from March 2021 to November 2023, where responsibilities included leading HR organizational effectiveness projects, designing job matrices, and overseeing OD activities. Prior to that, Sara worked at The National Commercial Bank - AlahliNCB for over a decade, serving as Head of HR Business Partnership, focusing on relationship management and supporting bank strategies. Earlier roles included positions in HR at SABB, starting as a Human Resources Relationship Officer and advancing to Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Sara holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from King AbdulAziz University.
