Kristen Willis is an experienced psychology professional currently serving as the Portfolio Manager for Clinical Systems and Practitioner Development at SAL Consulting Pty Ltd and as the NSW Co-Chapter Lead for Behaviour Support Practitioners Australia. With a robust background in positive behaviour support and clinical services, Kristen previously held the position of National Manager of Positive Behaviour Support and Learning and Development Manager at ORS Group. Prior experience includes roles as Clinical Excellence Lead at Disability Services Australia, Manager of Clinical and Casework Services at the Department of Family and Community Services (NSW), and various positions in psychology and disability support.
