James Asaro has a strong background in the culinary industry, with extensive experience as an executive chef and in management roles. James most recently served as the Vice President of Production at Sakara Life. Prior to that, they held positions such as Head of Production and Senior Production Director at the same company. Before joining Sakara Life, James worked as an Executive Catering Chef/Director at Citarella and as a Director of Food and Beverage at Juice Press. James also gained experience as a Corporate Chef at Big Daddy's - Burgers and Breakfast Since 1969, and as a Multi-Unit Team Leader/Executive Chef at OTG Management. James began their career as an Executive Chef at The Palm Steak house, Ruby Foo's Uptown, and Marie's Italian Restaurant. James also worked as a Grill Cook at Gaia Restaurant.
James Asaro completed their education in the field of Culinary Arts at The Culinary Institute of America, earning a BA degree between the years 2000 and 2004.
