Carla Dias has had a diverse range of work experiences. Carla started their career as an Auxiliar Administrativo at Precimech Soluções Industriais Ltda., where they worked from April 2013 to March 2015.

From May 2015 to March 2017, they worked as an Estagiária - Recrutamento e Seleção at Getnet - Brasil. Carla was responsible for end-to-end recruitment and selection processes and also became involved in internal communication initiatives.

Carla worked with a range of positions, from DevOps to development, and became familiar with different technologies such as AngularJS, JavaScript, and React.

Their most recent position is Head | People & Culture at Sistema Saipos, which they started in March 2020. Their role involves shaping and building a new company culture aligned with the startup's ambitious goals and contributing to its growth as a leading foodtech company in Latin America.
