Dominique Seng has extensive experience in the engineering and project management sectors, currently serving as Deputy CEO at Saipem Sa since August 2019. Prior to this role, Dominique Seng held various senior positions at Saipem from February 1999, including Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President, overseeing offshore operations in the South Atlantic area and managing major subsea projects as Project Director. Earlier in career, Dominique Seng worked as a Project Manager at Bouygues Offshore from 1985 to 1999. Educational background includes degrees from ESTP - Grande école d'ingénieurs de la construction and secondary education from Lycee saint Exupery Brazzaville and Lycee Francais de la Haye.
