Dave Toto possesses extensive experience in emergency services and healthcare. Currently serving as a firefighter for the City of Methuen, Dave has also worked as an RN in the operating room at Holy Family Hospital since November 2011. Educationally, Dave holds an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Northern Essex Community College, obtained in 2001, and an Associate's degree in Fire Science/Fire-fighting from North Shore Community College, completed in 2002. Additionally, academic history includes attendance at Bridgewater State University from 1991 to 1995.
